1. Our Services

Mitra AI Lab builds and operates AI automation systems for businesses, including:

• WhatsApp messaging automation and customer support
• Appointment booking and reminder systems
• Voice intake agents
• Lead generation and follow-up pipelines

These services are typically deployed on behalf of a client business, meaning if you are messaging a business through a Mitra AI Lab-powered WhatsApp number, you are interacting with that business's automated system, built and operated by us.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Client Businesses

If you are a business engaging Mitra AI Lab to build or operate an automation system:

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp messaging, lead capture, or other automation complies with applicable laws, including consumer protection and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must have a lawful basis to message your own customers through the automation we build for you.
• We provide the technology and setup; you remain responsible for the content and legality of communications sent to your customers.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform

Our automation runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Use of WhatsApp messaging through our services is also subject to WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Terms. We act as a technology provider and are not responsible for Meta's platform availability, policy changes, or enforcement actions.

5. Payments and Plans

• Service plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) and pricing are as described on our website at the time of purchase.
• Fees are billed as agreed between Mitra AI Lab and the client business.
• We reserve the right to update pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send unsolicited spam or messages to individuals who have not consented to be contacted.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse our automation systems.
• Use our services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All automation workflows, designs, and proprietary systems built by Mitra AI Lab remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client businesses receive a license to use the automation for their own business operations as agreed in their service contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitra AI Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed messages, or third-party platform outages (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta downtime).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated, or as otherwise agreed in a client's service contract.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
